Simply put, we leverage psychology to design more intuitive, human-centered websites and experiences. Instead of forcing users to conform to the design of your website, we use key psychological principles to design for your ideal consumer. Design Psychology is absolutely crucial to help your online presence make an impact on your consumers. Fonts, colours, layout structure, verbiage + connotations add up to create a branding personality. This brand personality generates, evokes and elicits certain emotions from consumers. The Power House ($48,000+)- Our Power House websites involve our highest level of strategic creativity and psychological integration from A-Z. These websites have the highest client conversion potential and will showcase the top online presence within your respective city for your industry.
This approach is ideal for a company that:
a) wants their website to meet its highest potential of being impactful, memorable and persuasive
b) has a reputation to uphold
c) wants to become the top leader in their respective industry
d) benefits from the website to maintaining its modern status for half a decade or more
e) is committed to their business for the long haul
f) could benefit from a usability study
g) requires tailored and industry-superior brand positioning, photography or videography services

The Wow Factor ($35,000+)- Our wow-factor websites that involve a high level of creativity, psychological integration on most pages. A Wow Factor outcome is guaranteed to result in a website that will retain its modern status for half a decade, with a high client conversion potential.
This approach is ideal for a company that:
a) wants their website to meet a high potential of being impactful, memorable and persuasive
b) takes pride in their brand image
c) wants to compete with the leaders in their respective industry
d) wants to make an investment that continues to give back for at least half a decade

The Hybrid ($25,000+)- A compromise that includes a base line with some creative and poised elements. Psychological elements will partially be integrated on key pages.

The Base Line ($15,000+) - We call this the Nuts and Bolts- aka all your "must haves". The site will be easy to navigate, visually clean and simple. Minimal psychological elements will be integrated, the website will be user-friendly and professional.
This approach is ideal for a client who:
a) wants to try out a new business but isn't fully convinced they'll be a part of it more than 1-2 years
b) has a conservative budget
 
Deposits: A 60% deposit is required for project commencement. The remaining balance will be due after the site unveil and prior to the website going live.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR WEBSITE DELIVERY?

From the project start date, it generally takes 4-12 weeks for your beautiful website to go live. It may take longer depending on the complexity of the project. Simple websites have a 1-2 week turnaround time.

WHAT AFFECTS THE PRICE OF MY PROJECT?

After sitting down together to better understand all your specific needs, a quote is provided with 3 approaches to choose from, completely customized for your business.

Due to the unique nature of each project, pricing varies. The cost of a project is dependent on many factors; 
1) Method of Construction requested (i.e builder or coded) 
2) The quality of the information provided for write-ups and images 
3) The complexity of the design strategy required 
4) The creativity level requested 
5) The level of psychological integration for persuasive tact
6) The amount of pages needed 
7) If the site requires eCommerce
8) If branding, photography, videography and social media services are involved
9) If the client requests digital assets to match their website presence for social media, brochures, business cards etc.
10) If the website requires custom photography or videography

WHAT WORK IS INVOLVED ON MY END?

Other than providing us with some content and answering our unique questions, nothing! If you have a logo and any write-ups, send it over and we take it from there. Our team has talented copywriters who can craft the site content for you as needed. We provide a simple, headache-free process for our clients.

DO I GET A SAY DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS?

Absolutely! You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer. To date, almost all of our clients have allowed us to surprise them with a design customized towards their goals and branding. We take getting to know your needs seriously, so the final design always nails it right on the mark (and often exceeds expectations). Once we reveal the website, we can tweak any adjustments desired together.

ARE YOUR DESIGNS MOBILE/TABLET FRIENDLY?

Absolutely. We wouldn't have it any other way. It's included free of charge (and always should be).

WHY ARE DEPOSITS NON-REFUNDABLE?

Accepted Answer

Your deposit secures your spot in our queue. We often book projects several months ahead of time to ensure our clients get the proper amount of time and quality their project deserves. We often turn away clients for your reserved time slot- as such we take deposits as a sincere token of your commitment to having the project move forward.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY SITE?

At risk of sounding arrogant, we confidently can state that is very unlikely to happen, for the following reasons:
1) We ensure that we understand your needs with a detailed designed kit prior to building the website
2) We research your industry to ensure all initiatives we take make your business shine above competitors
3) We've designed and consulted sites for more than 100 businesses, proud to say it hasn't happened yet
 
Contingency Plan: In the event that it ever does happen, we will work to ensure you are happy with the final design. All clients are allotted a full revision wave once the website design is revealed. Your pride and excitement for your final website result is always our first priority.

I HAVE A SMALL BUDGET, CAN YOU STILL HELP?"

Yes! We want you to know that no matter how big or small your budget is, you are equally important and valuable to us. 
 
We have a team of intermediate designers who design with Celine's philosophy and design principles. Although Celine will not be the lead designer on these projects, she will personally oversee the final design result to ensure it adheres to our quality standards. If it doesn't, she provides her feedback to our team members to adjust it until it meets expectations.
